Hey bloggers,
Its me RENAE.
Its been a long time since I have blogged, as we all know most of the world is in lockdown because of the virus, and schools are doing online school work from home.
Our teachers have given us some things to do which are: 

Everyday at 5 to 11am we go on a video meet hangout chat thing and talk with the teachers, and see everyone ( mostly) from our class. 

I am going to tell you some UPS and DOWNS about being in lockdown are for me.

Up: Find new recipes and Bake things.
Up:Get to play and train my dogs.
Up: Get to play whenever.
Up: I get to go on a bike ride at 7:30am every morning.
 Up: Get to help with Mum.
Up: get to help with all the horses.
Down: don't get to see friends.
Down: I'm Bored.
Down: Can't Family everyday.
Down: No soap and Hand sanitizer and bread at the supermarket. 
Down: you have to wait in line at the supermarket for a long time. (not always but aghh). 

Ok On to what I'm really blogging about.
So as your saw in that photo/screenshot it says writing well that's what I will be sharing with you, I choose to write about how I get my stress away.

How I get rid of stress.
If someone of something makes me angry of sad, I usually just walk out of the room, and that will bring a little of my emotions down. If that doesn’t calm me down I will breathe in and out and then go for a little walk around outside (down the road or around the Farm). Whenever I still feel a little sad I will make up imaginary games to play. Besides that Rosie (she’s a puppy) knows when I feel down and will play with me or when I'm in my room and my doors shut she will sit there wagging her little tail with an ‘’ are you ok’’ look on her face and push the door open just a little and peep her head through and that makes me happy straight away usually. But I usually play with Rosie and Edgey by the water race area. Sometimes I even might lay down on my bed for a few minuets and go colour or draw. If I feel like it i will read or maybe even write or write in the book i am writing all ready called : THE TOUGH GETAWAY. Sometimes I feel like doing nothing so I will just stare out the window and think how can I make it up to them?
And that's how I get rid of my stress.
Its quite easy for me ( but it takes me a while to forget about it because I like to hang on with it)
